The Niro VHP Homogenizer Systems are designed and fabricated to meet or exceed the requirements of the ASME BPE Standard. The systems are supplied pre-piped, pre-wired and assembled such that the buyer needs only to connect electric power and utilities to form a complete and functional integrated system. Included with the Niro Soavi VHP Systems are all necessary automation and instrumentation for the control and recording of critical process parameters during production, cleaning and sterilization.

The homogenizer systems typically include:

• Homogenizer stuffing pump
• Double tube sheet shell & tube product cooler
• CIP interface
• GAMP / 21 CFR Part 11 compliant control system, with the option of either an industry standard PLC or stand-alone hard wired relay based system.
• Motor controls panel - includes variable speed drive for homogenizer main motor
• Complete cGMP documentation package and testing - includes FAT, SAT, maintenance training and start-up support
