The ECO-MATRIX piping system is a cost effective and efficient - it is simply the state-of-the-art in systems engineering. The ECO-MATRIX system significantly reduces the number of instruments required compared to a normal piping installation and it enables optimization of process sequences as well.

Production processes in modern brewery and beverage plants are determined increasingly by economic factors, product quality requirements and new regulatory demands. Consequently, therefore is a constant desire to improve product quality, increase operational safety, reduce capital investments, decrease operational costs, and minimize product losses. Our answer to that challenge is the ECO-MATRIX piping concept.

In the ECO-MATRIX piping system the process pipes and process valves are connected directly beneath the tank outlet. The process valves can be arranged either laterally at the tank outlet tree, at the tank cone, or vertically at the tank bottom flange. This innovative system significantly reduces the length of pipe and thereby reduces the product losses and minimizes the risk of contamination during the brewing or distribution process.

The technical advantages and features of ECO-MATRIX Piping System:

  • No product flushing losses
  • No long tank outlet pipes, but a compact tank outlet tree
  • Mass transfer between the tank and tank outlet tree
  • Hygienically optimal arrangement
  • Lowest capital investment
  • Clear installation
  • Reduced floor space requirements
  • Fewer valves
  • Easier installation
  • Simpler and easier automation (due to fewer instruments and valves)
  • Environmentally friendly due to lower water consumption with LEFF® and reduced cleaning agent (CIP liquid) losses
  • Highest flexibility
  • Failsafe operation
  • Reduced maintenance efforts
